Hi there — I’m the founder and technician behind FixItDesk. With a background in computer hardware, troubleshooting, and support, I started FixItDesk to make tech help simple, honest, and accessible for everyone.
I’m CompTIA A+ certified and have been building and repairing PCs for years — helping friends, family, and small businesses stay online and secure. After seeing how stressful tech issues can be, I wanted to create a remote service that’s fast, friendly, and straightforward.
Whether it’s a slow laptop, email setup, malware cleanup, or just something that “isn’t working,” I take pride in fixing it right the first time and explaining things clearly — no jargon, no pressure.
